Dr. Lilian Wanzare, Cynthia Amol, Edwin Onkoba, and Martin Okech — alongside faculty from Maseno University — participated in the EU-funded CVEinAI programme, engaging in intercultural and interdisciplinary virtual exchange sessions.
Discussions focused on the ethical, social, and cultural dimensions of AI, with the MCAAI team contributing to the co-design of a Responsible AI virtual exchange curriculum. The programme strengthened MCAAI's engagement with international AI ethics discourse and produced curriculum materials that will be shared with African research institutions.
