The Nyanza International Innovation Conference (NIIC) 2025, held at Ciala Resort, offered an opportunity for MCAAI to showcase its research to hundreds of local innovators and policymakers.
Our team engaged attendees on our work in African NLP — including African Next Voices, AI4KSL, SureFood, and PROACTED — opening doors for collaboration with local communities in advancing the Nyanza development agenda. Maseno University Vice Chancellor Prof. Julius Nyabundi visited the MCAAI stand during the conference.
